Rooted in Nature

At Big Sky Landscapes, we believe native trees give our yards, neighborhoods, and city a unique identity that sets us apart from anywhere else in the world. Through our Story Book Tree Initiative, we offer a meaningful way to preserve stories and impactful memories by dedicating a native tree from our curated selection. With each tree dedication, you can include a name, a short story, or even just a few meaningful words, which our team will link to a digital story map.

Each tree will feature a unique QR code, allowing anyone who passes by to scan and instantly access your story, learn about the tree you dedicated, and see its exact location.

As our city grows, we hope to inspire the community to reflect on the history and meaning behind every tree within our city limits. May the roots of each Story Book Tree grow strong and their stories endure for generations to come!

We are committed to promoting the use of native plant species in all of our projects, fostering a deeper connection between landscapes and their natural surroundings. By integrating native trees and plants, we support local biodiversity, reduces water consumption, and minimizes the need for chemical fertilizers and pesticides. These efforts not only create sustainable, low-mainteance landscapes but also help combat the urban heat island effect and improve air quality in the city.

Big Sky Landscaping’s dedication to preserving local ecosystems ensures that the community enjoys greener, healthier, and more resilient outdoor spaces for generations to come.
